Must be able to run Kitchen when chef is off including managing a staff of 5 to set kitchen for next shift including prep & cleaning 5 Nights 4:30 to 12:30 Salary starting at $450 Per week or more depending on track record; benefits available thru payroll deduction, 1 week paid vacation after 1 year.

Line Cook Minimum 3 years Experience on Grill & fryer & cold Station . Some Saute Experience a plus 3 nights 5 p.m. to Midnight $10.00 per hour
